It's been a while, I know...

So at this point, I'm curious how many devoted people have continued to fight the power to quit and continued to stay with this blog.

Yeah, I'm back. Maybe with some more to talk about. It's been a wild year, but even more, things have really changed.

Yeah, okay. You see I'm back. Let me know what you think. And Dad, in case you're wondering, I'm trying to get it squared away.

Just an update.

Man, it's been a while since I last put something up. I've been a busy boy, to say the least, but hey, aren't we all busy?

To start off with, Luke is fine thus far. He's kicking and rearing, giving Momma heartburn like it's nobody's business. He squirm and twist, so he's already in our lives. June 18 is coming fast...

Speaking of which, golf season is winding down. My boys got 3rd in district, while the girls got 4th. Both good showings. The boys were close to placing to qualify for regionals, but it goes how it goes. I did have one boy qualify individually to regionals, so a few more weeks of sunshine.

The boy has started T-Ball this year. I think he likes it much more than soccer from last year. Here's a picture of him connecting.

It's a ..........

Wow.

A simple phone call after lunch to tell me the sex of the baby. I've been quite anxious to hear about this one, and really pondered how I would react.

"Hello? Oh, so what's the word?"
"It's a boy!"
"Oh, wow!"

That's about how it went down. I could make up a bunch of lies and say that this or that happened, but I was on the Buckhorn golf course (really nice one; see Foresight Golf for more info) and I didn't want to be rude.

I don't have to worry about so many things and I don't have to go out and buy a lot of new stuff (recycling is cool, man!). Some things are going to be just as difficult as with the boy, but such is life.

Next time, hopefully, I can get you a name.

Birthday Bash

Well, the boy is now five.

He's supposed to eat vegetables now, according to him, but I'm not sure about that yet.

The boy really like the little eye blacks Pop sent him.

We had his party on Saturday, so I'm currently working on editing the final cut of the of the Fifth Fight: Star Wars Home Edition.

I've been quite busy with golf practice, so I don't get much time on here. Check back for the video from the party.
